Workshops are designed for both new people and also for individuals who wish to deepen their practice.

Typically, a workshop will start in the morning and they last between 3 to 4 hours in total. In the first part of the workshop, we will explore grounding exercises, give a brief explanation of stress physiology followed by one TRE® group session.

They will be a 60 to 90 min lunch break to let you integrate the experience and share with your other group members. A great time to create or consolidate bonds.  In the afternoon, we will make time to check in, review new TRE® physiological aspects before a longer afternoon group shake and relaxation.

We will complete the day with a grounding exercise, a debriefing, inquiries and experience sharing, followed by a last chance for Q&A before saying goodbye. Please wear comfy clothing that you can stretch in.
