Payment via bank account transfer

Once the order is booked, make your payment via bank transfer using your Order ID and LAST NAME as payment reference. Your place will be booked (ON-HOLD) for 2 days until the proof of payment is sent to info@auyantitude.com or money available on our account. If after 2 days, no payment is done your order will be canceled and will place will be freed.

Cancellation and refund policy

Programmes and other multi-day events

If you should have to cancel your registration, notification in writing should be sent to info@auyantitude.com.

  • A refund of 85% will be given for cancellations received 30 days prior to the start of the event
  • A refund of 50% will be given for cancellations received between 15 days prior to the start of the event
  • A refund of 25% will be given for cancellations received between 7 days prior to the start of the event
  • No refund will be issued for cancellations received within 7 days of the event, nor failure to attend

The investment for programmes and multi-day events is understood as a package for their entire a duration and it is understood as an engagement for both parties, that is by the Auyantitude’s facilitator and the participants, in order fully profit from the group energy and the progressive learning experience. Hence, the participants are fully responsible for participating in all workshops and to make sure that all necessary arrangements have been done in advance in order to be on time and to leave at the foreseen time. Due to the nature of the programme, it is very important to keep this commitment as best as the participant can. If for any reason, the participant cannot attend to any of the workshops:

  • The participant should inform the facilitator by email, phone call or message, as soon as possible and, ideally, 1h prior to the due time to avoid unnecessary delays and waiting times.
  • The participant bears the full responsibility of the missed workshop and cannot claim any reimbursement or compensation due to the missed workshop(s).

If due to Force Majeure and due to unforeseen events the workshops need to be cancelled by Auyantitude, mutually agreed dates will be proposed to recuperate the missed workshop(s).
