Passionate in the body-mind relation and well-being, and after some major life events in his life, since 2007 he engaged himself in his own personal development and well-being (both emotional and physical). He started practicing TRE® more than 3 years ago and it has been an instrumental discovery to his life path.
As part of his body-mind approach to well-being, he is has been practicing for more than 11 years Iyengar Yoga. He is trained and attended several retreats in various meditation techniques. He has an established meditation practice using Mindfulness and Vipassana (SN Goenka) for several years now.
He is a Life Coach (trained in the BAO Elan Vital Institute) and a Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) instructor (following Teacher Training pathway by its creators from the University of Massachusetts’ Center for Mindfulness). Also, he is in training to become a Somatic Experiencing practitioner.
Using these trauma resolution and body awareness techniques, Fabricio is engaged in bringing a holistic and integrative body-mind approach to individuals and companies for well-being services.
With great sensitivity, compassion and passionate about personal development and self-awareness, it is his obvious choice to support others to find within themselves their own healing potential to fully blossom.
